She has studied UK wedding data and trend for many years, and regularly speaks on this topic at international wedding conferences and provides consultancy for wedding venues and investors. She has been involved in the Law Commission review of marriage laws, was a founding member of the #WhatAboutWeddings movement and played a central role in the UK Weddings Taskforce during the pandemic serving as the inaugural Vice Chair and working within the media team. Anshika Arora is featured on the UK Wedding Association Advisory Board in 2025 as the Gen Z, Fusion, and Emerging Trends Advisor. She specialises in South Asian and fusion weddings and the expectations of modern clients. She is the founder of Eternity, a next-gen CRM built to help wedding and event businesses operate more efficiently, combining tech innovation with cultural insight. A recognised industry voice, Anshika shares data-led insights at events such as the Sustainable Wedding Alliance, Revive, and WedCon, hosts the podcasts “The Bae HQ” and “Love, Laughs & Logistics,” and draws on her background in finance and client management at HSBC to guide businesses navigating evolving wedding trends.

With more than two decades in the wedding world, Bernadette Chapman has launched and led several successful businesses, trained over 1,000 planners and supported a huge number of professionals through mentoring. She runs the Sustainable Wedding Summit, provides Carbon Literacy training, and supports owners with long-term sustainable strategies, combining practical expertise with a passion for creating a greener, more responsible wedding industry.

Michelle Taylor is the UK Wedding Association’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisor for 2025 and a multi-award-winning Independent Celebrant, Funky Celebrant, recognised for her work promoting inclusivity across the wedding industry. With nearly 15 years as a practising celebrant and over 30 years in the police, she combines deep interpersonal skills with industry expertise. Michelle mentors and trains professionals through the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants and The Savvy Celebrant. She also speaks at conferences, and has developed dedicated DEI training for wedding professionals, helping shape a more equitable and inclusive sector.
