Panellists include Samantha Gilchrist, former wedding photographer and owner of the Gilchrist Collection venue group; and luxury wedding planner Emma Murray-Jones, whose career includes event sales and planning roles at some of London’s leading five-star hotels. Building Teams for Business Growth

This session is equally relevant to large, small and micro businesses, as well as to those who manage a team, or occasional freelancers.
Wedding industry leader Lee Clubb-Sansom and employment law specialist Beverley Sunderland will inform and inspire business owners with practical advice covering employment law updates, leadership and team culture.
Following the main presentation, Lee will host roundtable discussions for smaller businesses, while Beverley will lead a separate roundtable for employers to discuss team and employment challenges.
